We find that our students become more confident to stand up to bullies and have more humility and kindness to others through their martial arts lessons.
We welcome children from age 3 upwards! Our Mini Mains classes (ages 3–6) are specially designed to develop gross motor skills, confidence, and school readiness through fun, age-appropriate martial arts activities. We also have classes for Kids (7–10), Teens (11–17), and Adults.
Comfortable sportswear and bare feet is perfect for the first session. Once you sign up, you you will be issued with a full uniform (Dobok), online Learning hub access, “BE MY BEST” chart, and annual licence.
Of course! Parents are always welcome to watch. We have a viewing area so you can see your child grow in confidence every session.
- 1 class per week: £35/month
- Unlimited classes: £45/month
- Private lessons: £35/hour
- Registration fee: £59 (covers uniform, online hub, chart & annual licence) doesn’t have to be paid on registration but recommend within the first 3 Months

Absolutely. Our Head Coach has ADHD and ASD, so we truly understand and welcome students with additional needs. We create a safe, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
You’ll find that our very experienced martial arts instructors, are trained to keep their teaching simple. So even the most uncoordinated person will develop ‘ninja-like’ skills! Come see for yourself!
